Our products are manufactured mostly with the use of fully automated production lines. Our products are made exclusively from materials that come from renowned suppliers who meet the highest standards. A highly developed, state-of-the-art machinery stock and a staff of experienced professionals supervising every stage of the production allows us to offer high quality products.
Standard-Bonnell springs and spring units are widely used in the furniture industry, in the production of both upholstered furniture and mattresses. Bonnell springs type are characterised by their specific shape, which allows them to react to the applied force with progressive springing.
Spring units consist of springs arranged in series connected with spiral wire, thus creating a complete unit. Standard-Bonnell springs are manufactured in various widths and lengths, depending on the customer's needs.
Upon request, we frame the edges of the spring units with steel strip, increasing the stability and strength of the entire unit.
Standard-Bonnell springs provide high elasticity, durability and long life of the seat.

Mini-Bonnell springs are characterised by a smaller diameter and a much smaller height compared to the Standard-Bonnell spring. Mini-Bonnell springs are most commonly used in the production of furniture with low seats.
Upon request, we frame the edges of the spring units with steel strip, increasing the stability and strength of the entire unit.
The smaller diameter allows for higher density of springs in the unit, which in turn increases springiness, higher quality of the seat and longer life.

Pocket spring is an assembly of spot-joined springs that form a pocketed unit, providing exceptional comfort of sleep. The unit consists of springs placed individually in a separate material pocket.
Each pocket spring operates independently of the other. Individual operation of the springs provides a snug fit to the body, resulting in high level of comfort and undisturbed sleep.
We manufacture pocket springs with different number of zones of hardness, depending on the customer's wishes.
In order to ensure greater stability and strength, it is possible to apply a carrier at the top and bottom of the unit. The use of the carrier affects the springiness parameters of the unit.

Transport
With our own means of transport, we are able to deliver the product to the customer in the shortest possible time, to the given address and at the given hour. Bonnell spring units and pocket springs are packed in a ROLL-PACK system, making it easier to store and transport finished products.
