The origins

The beginnings of the spring manufacturing plant “Bonell-Bis” Józef Hliwa Spółka Jawna [registered partnership] date back to 20 years ago. Even back then, the owner had a vision of the growth of the furniture industry that would significantly increase the demand for Bonnell springs, and decided to buy the first manual machines to produce Bonnell spring units. High demand made possible continuous investment in modern machinery as well as development of the company and increase of the production area. As of today, the spring manufacturing plant “Bonell-Bis” is one of the leading manufacturers of Bonnell springs and spring units, and pocket springs in Poland.

Our company specialises in the manufacture of Standard-Bonnell and Mini-Bonnell springs and spring units, and pocket springs that have a wide range of applications in the furniture industry and in the manufacture of mattresses. Our products are marked by the highest craftsmanship, attention to details and reliability of the materials, which has gained them widespread popularity.

Machinery stock

At our disposal there is a stock of state-of-the-art machinery, most of which consists of fully automated production lines manufacturing Bonnell spring units and pocket springs. Most of the machinery used by our company is made by the prestigious Swiss manufacturer Spuhl AG. In recent years, our company has expanded its machinery stock by adding another automated production lines manufacturing Bonnell spring units and pocket springs. Continued investment in technology allows us to become even more competitive and offer the highest quality products at attractive prices.
